Job Titles

Hi all,

I was thinking about title upgrades when I did this one. Is it just me? Does an upgrade in what you are called at work make a difference? I look at it this way….If I am a Customer Service Rep. and someone decides to start calling me a Customer Service Account Executive. Does that change anything really? I do the same thing I have always done. Customers don’t care as long as I take care of whatever they called for in the first place. I most often don’t make any more money than I did before. Anyway, it was just an observation I had. Enjoy and have a great day!
